What are you fishing for? and what will take the bait 
This is ANOTHER .psd I found that I forgot! Except it was unfinished so I did it now. It was not originally meant to be like this. I remember being frustrated because I couldn't paint the sea and having a hissy fit and not touching it again. Then I was on my 'finding stuff' kick today and I took what it was (basically the sea and clouds), and finished it.
